Effectively source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions (US Staffing).
Should have worked for any of the following clients – State/Federal
Should be comfortable with working W2 work orders – working end to end recruitment
Should have worked closely with US Citizens and GC holders
Understand MSP and VMS Model.
Experience working ATS tool.
Must have experience working on IT /NON IT Engineering/ Pharma
Ability to understand and capture client IT specific requirements.
Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.
Good Communication Skills
Negotiate salary and benefits.
Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with consultant to maintain talent pool.
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
4 – 8 years of US recruiting experience in the IT field.
Outstanding sales, presentation and communication skills.
Action oriented with a high initiative and thorough knowledge of industry.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Exceptional planning and organizing skills; able to manage responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Time Management.
Positive Attitude.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals.
