Job Description : $1500.00 SIGN ON BONUS*1st SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR – LOGAN TWP., NJ$19.00 PER HOUR$20.00 PER HOUR AFTER SUCCESSFUL 90 DAY EVALUATIONJOB SUMMARYOperate equipment and monitor the process in either production or board manufacturing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Perform machine setup for process changes that result in properly labeled product and no machine caused rejects.2. Inspect product to ensure conformity resulting in consistent product manufacturing.3. Adjust machinery and equipment to ensure product meets CBP and customer specifications. This will result in product that meets ANSI specifications.4. Maintain accurate documentation on daily production.5. Operate control panels for compaction, cutting stack heights and elevator/rack storage.6. Maintains a clean, safe working area.7. Completes all associated paperwork accurately.8. Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures, attends all safety training, regularly reports and corrects unsafe and hazardous conditions.REQUIREMENTS1. Must have to ability to wear all required PPE.2. Prior experience preferred but will train.3. Forklift experience preferred.4.
