Position : Business Systems Analyst

Job Description : Location: Must live in Utah – currently work from home.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr, depending on experience.
Signing Bonus: $500 after 3 months of employment & $500 more after 6 months of employment = $1,000 bonus (Must start work before April 30, 2022)
The experience you need to succeed:
Familiar with features within credit union core system Symitar preferred, and other attached systems including but not limited to Lending LOS, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Archiving, Document Management, CRM’s, Fraud Detection Systems, Switch Kit, Collections, and Communication Collaboration Systems.
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Equivalent to a college degree.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, as work frequently involves contacts requiring considerable discussion of problems, material presentations, and resolving issues impacting departments or divisions.

What you’ll do:
Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure members and staff needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion.
Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost.
Ensures current systems are used optimally.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Document requirements defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Works closely with Project Management department to ensure new systems are researched, implemented and successful.
Works closely with Project Management creating project charters and could be the project sponsor of future projects.
Reviews contracts and understanding and managing expectations.
Influence the intake process assessing the value and need of programs and systems both new and existing.
Assist in developing KPI’s and other ways of measuring the value of existing systems and become fluent with other options.
Research programs and systems based on project charters or requests.
Assist in writing business cases and gathering business requirements.
Assist in improving legacy procedures and processes making them more efficient and effective.
