The Office of Recovery Services Customer Service Unit (CSU) in Salt Lake City is looking for a dedicated person to work as a Compliance Agent. This person will be responsible for answering phone calls from clients and providing case and policy related information while utilizing strong customer service skills.
Principle Duties
The Agent will need to be able to:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
Educate and explain case actions, policy, and procedures in a clear and concise manner
Respond to client inquiries while complying with ORS Policy and Procedures
Conduct research to analyze facts, and apply knowledge of the Office of Recovery Services rules, regulations, and policies.
The Ideal Candidate
The model candidate for this position is someone who:
has exceptional customer service skills
has strong communication skills in verbal and written form
has telephone etiquette skills
is able to enter data into a computer system using computer software programs including web based, spreadsheet, and word processing
is able to interpret, clarify, explain, and apply agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal and state laws and regulations
