Position : Customer Support Representative
Job Description : What You’ll Do Each DayAs a Dealer Support Representative, you will oversee specific dealer accounts and act as customer service to those dealers. This includes order placement and fulfillment, order tracking and accounts receivables. You will be responsible for assisting dealers and the regional sales managers to provide a high level of professional support to a specific territory, creating and maintaining long-term relationships with those dealers.You will work with others in Sales, Accounting, and Manufacturing to ensure first class customer service is delivered. You will create work orders to schedule spas in production and coordinate accordingly with the logistics team.
