The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.Decision Making/Problem Solving/Analytical Ability – Able to make difficult and appropriate decision in a timely manner.Self Development – Has the ability to demonstrate self-initiative and motivation for continuous learning, personal development and personal growth.ESSENTIAL POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES included the following:· Receive and review clients’ documents for accuracy.· Input and scan data into ChildPlus.· Create and maintain child profiles in Teaching Strategies.· Interact with other staff for data clarification.· Assist in tracking monthly enrollment, volunteer hours, demographic information, income, education, and health data, etc.· Generate reports from ChildPlus on a monthly basis or as needed.· Perform other related duties as assigned or required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
