RESPONSIBILITIES
Personally strives to delight patients and families by creating a kind, gracious, and caring environment.
Ensures telephone is answered in a timely and professional fashion.
Helps ensure efficient and profitable operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, utilizing supplies cost effectively, and posting patient charges accurately.
Ensures all insurance is verified and communicated to clinical staff and patients.
Ensures all financial obligations are communicated with patient and properly noted for each procedure.
Ensures all accounts are properly credited when payment is received.
Follows scheduling guidelines to ensure manageable and profitable schedule for dentist and hygienists.
Promotes a “team first” attitude by demonstrating positive and caring relationships and communication with coworkers.
Actively participates in recall program to ensure goals are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable with technology
up to 100% travel to practices within Stonehaven region (Spanish Fork to West Valley
DESIRABLES
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 yrs experience in a dental practice
CPR Certification
Open Dental
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal Flex Team Member will be a person that loves change and is comfortable commuting to different offices within Salt Lake and Utah Valley. The ability to adapt to different personalities and provide assistance where it is needed.
SCHEDULE
Schedules will vary based on office need
Guarantee of 30 hours per week but will likely be 40 hours per week
Primarily M-F, some Saturdays schedules
