Job Description : CashMan is looking for a motivated detail-oriented individual to join our team as part-time accountant. This is a work-from-home position with a couple of hours per week at the office. Schedules can be very flexible. Candidates must be willing to work (a certain amount of hours) per week.CashMan has been in business for 25 years and has experienced significant growth in the past couple of years.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate monthly budget reports for 4 departmentsProcessing the bi-weekly payrollVerify and enter accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately into QuickbooksGenerate financial statements that provide a broad overview and detailed reports by each department ( Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and others as requested)Maintaining company credit card system Divvy Entries making sure every transaction is classified correctly.Account reconciliationsBalancing the general ledgerWho you will work with: Report weekly to CEO and COOAssist COO and CSD with BudgetsAssist managers with record keeping and budgetsQualifications: Understanding of GAAP and how to implement itMust be proficient in Quickbooks and Excel (required)Strong Organization skillsNon-Disclosure of sensitive financial informationMust have experience with sales tax filing and payroll report filing both state and federalStrong attention to detailHigh levels of accuracy and efficiencyStrong customer service skills and professional mannerismExcellent verbal and written communicationSmall business bookkeeping experience (preferred)Desire to see a small business succeed and growExperience with ADPAble to work in SLC UtahJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
