Job Description : Station Park Dental is a new office that opened in Farmington Utah February 2019. We offer full-time schedules, benefits and a fun environment! General Dentistry for the whole family. Fillings, crowns, implants, cosmetics, extractions, sleep apnea devices, emergency treatment, clear aligners, etc. We have a flexible schedule to accommodate patients so candidates must be willing to work morning shifts, evening shifts, and rotating Saturdays, up to 40 hours a week. Shifts are 6 hours and alternate either 7:00-1:00 or 1:00-7:00. Come join our wonderful docs and team!Duties are but not limited to:-Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice-Verifying insurance and entering breakdowns.-Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.-Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.-Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.-Communicating with patients and referral offices via text, phone, and email.-Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.-Submit insurance claims, following up on aging claims.-Confirming scheduled appointments with patients.-Checking patients in, collecting patient information, gather consent forms.-Utilize OpenDental software, Excel, and Word.-Adhere to all OSHA and safety polices,-2+ years of practical experience is preferred.If you are looking for a career and want to be part of a great team in a beautiful new office, apply today.
