Job Description : Monticello Academy is an academically rigorous charter school located in West Valley City, Utah searching for professionals who love to grow!We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our program as a reading aides.Candidates must enjoy and respect children, be reliable, work well with a team, and have enthusiasm for learning. This job includes assessing students’ reading skill using a scripted method then working with teachers to deliver pre-planned reading interventions.Responsibilities include: interacting with students in grades 5-8 in a positive manner; maintaining a safe, nurturing environment; communicating with teaching team members; assisting and implementing lesson plan activities.Job responsibilities include a fair amount of physical movement around campus as students are assessed.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
