Job Description : Job Title: Stacker/Unload Department: Plant OperationsPosition Scope: Performs job duties that assures we meet all safety and quality requirements within the organization, while encouraging continuous improvement and lean practices.Duties and Responsibilities: Stacking products to bundle size requirementsKeep work area safe, clean, and organizedInspect product for issues while stackingCutting wood skids to correct sizeTouching up defects when neededBanding products to set specificationsAssist with hanging products when assignedFollow all processes and proceduresAssist in problem solvingAll other assignments per Lead SupervisorQualifications, Requirements and Education: High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read tape measurePreferred manufacturing experienceGood eye-hand coordinationAbility to repetitiously lift heavy 25-50 lbs. throughout the entire 10-hour shiftStand/walk for long periodsMust be able to reach up to 80 inches above the head continuouslyMust be willing to cross train in other departments and/or other jobs in unloadWork close in a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:Salt Lake City, UT 84104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
