Job Description : WRITER AND EDITOR
Stampin’ Up! in Riverton, UT is actively seeking a full-time Writer/Editor to create written copy for catalogs, the online store, and other marketing content (flyers, social media posts, emails) for our direct sellers (aka demonstrators). This position earns a competitive wage of $60,000 annually (or more, depending on experience), with opportunities for annual increases and semi-annual bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WRITER & EDITOR
As a writer and editor, you will contribute content to our printed catalogs, online store, and help create marketing deliverables our demonstrators use to build their businesses. The writing we do is dynamic and varied. Promotional writing is unique to the offer, so you’ll get to write a variety of pieces including flyers, online social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and much more! Writers support Stampin’ Up!’s growth and expansion projects and enjoy a highly collaborative environment working with designers, marketing specialists, photography, and our concept artists.
WRITER & EDITOR QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of professional writing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Ability to roll with short-term changes in a highly collaborative work environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage projects, time, and shifting parameters.
Experience with Adobe products a plus! Are you a question asker? Do you love working with others? Do you have exceptional writing and editing skills? Are you friendly and professional? If yes, we want to meet you!
WRITER/EDITOR WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday with the option of every other Friday off with a flex schedule. Thursdays and Fridays are work from home days.
