Job Description : Red Pepper Software is seeking a full time admin assistant. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Red Pepper Software creates custom software solutions for a wide variety of businesses-we are passionate about building what matters. We also partner with technology companies by providing implementation and integration services to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to messages
Greeting clients when they come in
Provide a wide variety of administration duties for team leaders
Manage multiple calendars and meeting schedules in an organized and efficient manner
Tracking the completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Highly dependable, must be available to office staff, assist others and monitor administrative projects
Office errands
Organize and update databases
Additional administrative work as required, including document management and coordination with other administrative staff to ensure processes run smoothly
Must be able to be in office during business hours, M-F 8am-5pm
Other responsibilities as directed
Preferred Experience & Skills:
1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Independent, resourceful, and confident with great problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong computer, technology, and office skills
Ability to prioritize and take initiative to accommodate workflow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
Benefits:
$16-20 per hour, DOE
