Identify acquisition & activation of new channel partners for the Real Estate Sales.
Interact with channel partners, motivate and push the product sales.
Negotiating and closing deals for channel partner’s customers.
Planning and implementation of new methods for channel sales and ensuring the compliance of the same.
Design new motivational schemes for the channel partners and handling the same for the better productivity.
Suggesting new management for new ventures and profitable tie-ups.
Handle channel partners and resolve the queries of the customers.
Handling the team of channel sales and motivate them for the high performance.
Training the new comers for the sales.
Identify institutional and non-institutional sales channels.
Coordinated with various verticals for the sales and after sales services.
To know the trend of the customers and their requirements and also analyze past sales and project future sales for the company, specially for Thane, Dombivali & Kalyan Projects
Arrange periodic meetings with the seniors and executive to have clear communication in the department
Education: MBA /Graduate
Work Experience: 10-15 Years
