Our rapid growth has lead to the need to expand our team!A Client Experience Representative’s role is being the liaison between the client and creative team. A large part of the daily tasks requires being able to work well with small business owners. A Client Experience Representative should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to connect and engage with a variety of personalities. They should possess great communication and presentation skills.The role requires monthly client meetings to analyze data and present findings. The marketing team will rely on you to keep them informed they can meet client needs. You will deliver completed projects to the client on time, along with many other project deadlines. You will identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients while helping bring in new clients through an on-boarding process.
