I am looking for workers who are interested in work!I am looking for a reliable and skilled help to assist us in the day to day duties of construction. Must be self efficient and able to work by yourself, and well with others. This is not a baby sitting position. You will need to be honest and have good work ethic. The daily work load can be as simple as installing outlet cover plates and door knobs, all the way to hauling appliances, demoing kitchens, and remodeling full kitchens or bathrooms.Plumbing experience of 3+ years is needed. Drywall, baseboard, painting, carpentry / cabinet install, decking & fencing of 1+ years.Our work load varies. We accept jobs in Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber & Davis County & Tooele County. 80% of your day to day job will be within 30 miles of your residence.You must have basic competency of simple software usage that will be available on your phone.RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking photos of work needing repaired, providing details/measurements/info needed for bids, performing scope of work needed to complete repair.Maintenance Repairs – ie: Plumbing – water heaters, faucets, garbage disposals, water shut off valves, Pressure regulator valves, Shower valves, Drain stack pipes, trouble shooting location of leaks and providing photos as well as details and measurements to management for build back of any damage. Build back of any drywall / baseboard / paint needed from any plumbing repair that is needing done.
