Position : Digital Health Solutions Executive

Job Description : Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
Drive opportunities with larger sales organization (Core Lab Team: EAM/Ambassadors) in pursuit of core lab tenders/RFP to include Abbott software applications (AlinIQ enablers). Support the targeting, investigation, collaboration and development of proposals, demos, SOWs and contracts.

Lead the execution of opportunities that are AlinIQ specific from creation through investigation, collaboration and development of proposals, demos, SOWs and contracts.

Manage opportunities that can expand and maintain existing business to create more relevance for Abbott “Stickiness” by involving Ambassadors

Coordinates with service delivery team to ensure the requirements for implementation is articulated, certify Abbott is meeting the client’s performance obligations for revenue recognition per SOW and acts as a trusted advisor to the client

Serve as a subject matter expert/product specialist for all AlinIQ enablers to the larger corelab sales team.

Be knowledgeable about industry trends; changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment. Understand the impact on customers and their key care-abouts.

Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers. Research target accounts to understand performance KPIs and customer strategies. Build and preserve customer relationships to drive driving new sales and protect base business.

Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments

Integrate insights from ongoing business analysis and assessment into a multi-year plan and lead through persuasion and personal influence an internal ‘selling’ team to develop an actionable account strategy with short-term tactics to achieve desired results

Coordinates appropriate Abbott resources to execute the strategic account plan including assigning roles; expectations; responsibilities and timelines; engages members of the team through ongoing communication; tactical planning and execution

Acts as internal advocate for the client; cultivates Abbott internal relationships and leverages to drive business objectives

Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product/ enablers from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
Working with global and local Marketing and Enterprise teams to drive lead generation and awareness

Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system (sales force)
Requirements: Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience selling healthcare IT software and services
Professional services/consulting engagement sales within the Healthcare Environment is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Some Diagnostics experience preferred
Strong understanding on how technology drives value in healthcare preferred (not only value but systems, need to know the basics)
Experience with building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts
Understands IT technology within Hospital Environment
