Job Description : Position Description:
1. Expertise on Informatica tools (Developer, Manager, and Monitor)
2. Expertise in identifying performance issues, blocking sessions and working on SQL tuning.
3. Performance tuning at Informatica and Database level.
4. Good ability to identify and work on data issues and communicate to third party on the same.
5. Ability to fix the failures related to data issues in table and source files
6. Minimum 6-7 years of Customer facing experience
7. Application and infrastructure proactive event monitoring using Client monitoring tool (level 1 service)
8. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in remote infrastructure management and Batch Job Monitoring
9. Standard operating procedure (SOP) based troubleshooting, processing and resolution of incidents (level 1.5 service)
10. Responsible for SLA compliance and guide Jr members.
11. Additional warm handover using phone calls for P1 and P2 incidents
12. Expertise in Transition and knowledge transfer activities
13. Should have working experience on Performance Monitoring / Data transfer Management
14. Contribute and support to Incident RCA’s
15. Exposure to Incident Management activities like Communicate status, Interact with the technical teams, Input into Major Incident Reviews, Engagement of Third Parties , Briefing the relevant parties and making sure the incident is fixed
16. Escalation of unresolved incidents and requests to client groups as provided in SOPs using Client ITSM ticketing system
17. Identifying Areas of Improvement in client applications and provide the recommendations to client
18. Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders
19. Experience in leading 10+ member teams
20. Ability to drive process improvements
21. Should be able to drive continual service improvements within the team
22. Experience in driving automation and innovation practices to reduce human efforts.
23. Customer/Onshore/Stakeholders/Senior management facing experience
24. Member management – Feedback, upskilling, career guidance
25. Experience in guiding teams to achieve operational metrics and targets(SLAs, KPIs and KRAs)
26. Ability to create reports and presentations for executives
27. ITIL educated (minimum of foundation – either v3 or v4)/ITIL intermediate (Preferred)
28. Solid understanding of the incident, problem & change management process
29. Drive support teams during incident triage; troubleshooting and recovery steps
30. Knowledge, working experience of deferent RCA techniques.
Nice to have
1.Mainframe Knowledge & good amount of JCLs. Batch Job Monitoring,DB2 Database knowledge
2. Having Experience Configuring and managing Dynatrace / Java applications
3. Having working knowledge on Dynatrace / Java applications.
4. Resolve incidents or failures in Dynatrace / Java applications
