Job Description : Job Purpose
L&D (Learning & Development) is about understanding the current training efforts of Davies+Allen and implementing a new learning strategy across our organization. On an individual level, it’s about creating learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best, with specific emphasis on newly hired employees. We are a rapidly growing firm, with this we understand a deeper need to enhance the training efforts of our new hires while continually enhancing the experience for our current team members.
What’ll you do?
Responsible for the creation, design, and delivery of employee training plans within Davies + Allen. Via video creation, learning platforms, quizzes, and other application services. This position will cover the learning and development of trainings within the firm and for new hires. As this is a new role within our firm, we need someone who is proactive and willing to create a Learning & Development program/position from scratch. We need your training skills to help us know the best way to improve the learning and development of our employees and future employees. You will be working directly with a partner of the firm to ensure that your creations meet the training goals within the firm.
What you’ll use to do it?
As this is a new position within our firm we want you to bring to the table different softwares and systems that you need to succeed. We are ready and willing to invest in these different systems as you see fit. You’re the expert! Tell us what programs will best help you succeed and we will invest. Some things we are typically thinking may be used are:

Video Creation
Learning Platforms
Adobe Creative Suite
The Development of Learning Quizzes
