We can’t wait to meet you.POSITION SUMMARY: As a Guest Experiences Team Member at the Museum of Ancient Life, you will be responsible to provide exceptional guest service by monitoring and assisting guests, while helping to maintain order in the museum.Work in tandem with other venues, working in the Gift Shop, helping guests navigate through there experiences here at Thanksgiving PointESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for embracing Thanksgiving Point’s “Welcoming Allâ€? initiative and working to deliver our mission of “cultivating transformative family learningâ€? for all guests.Responsible to assist guests in having the best museum experience possible.Responsible to help maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment for our team and guests.Responsible to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Thanksgiving Point venues and activities and communicate these effectively to our guests.Responsible for promoting services, venues and products at Thanksgiving Point.Responsible to assist guests in keeping order and safe play during their daily experiences inside our museum galleries.Responsible to maintain all rules and regulations as necessary to assure safety for all guests and team members.SHIFTS HOURS AND DAYS REQUIRED: Monday – Saturday daytimes and evening shifts, mostly daysMust be available to work holiday’sJob Type: Part-time
