Job Description : Onboarding LeadJob Summary: Acting as a liaison between Bloom Health Partners and Texas School Districts to create a working relationship for testing purposes. This Candidate will explain our services and to the schools and then help them onboard into the Bloom LIS system. They will work with the testing coordinator and any other designated representatives from the schools who are the point of contact and then make sure that they are onboarded successfully their training and ordering needs are met.Duties/Responsibilities: Communicate with both Bloom Health Partners and School District Representative t.Follow-up diligently with school staff Navigate the Bloom LIS System to help meet the needs of the school districtsAssure that everyone has correct access and is trained and can place orders successfullyOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with LIS systemWilling to help with any other tasks assigned from Senior TeamTeam player who is responsible and takes initiativeEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years related experience required.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
