Job Description : Highly regarded downtown Denver firm seeks a paralegal/legal assistant with seven or more years of experience to work for three 25+ year law partners and one newer partner. Areas of law include commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, and employment litigation/compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to meet all client and internal deadlines, knowledge of state and federal civil procedures, and experience with pleadings, document filing and management, and docket management. Strong writing and review skills are a must. Paralegal certificate or associate degree required. Salary range is $68,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, w/ annual bonus opportunity.
