Job Brief:

As Agents on the Product Support Team at LiveView Technologies, you are responsible for handling inbound requests from our Technicians, Customers and Partners. You will assist them via phone calls, tickets and chats, and provide basic troubleshooting assistance when necessary, ensuring each interaction is a pleasant experience.
In cases when the issue is outside of your area of responsibility, you will do your best to determine the skills required for resolution, then transfer the call or hand off a well-documented ticket to the appropriate Team.
You will report to our Product Support Manager and will work at our office in Orem, UT. Working in the office is definitely preferred for increased collaboration and training with your coworkers. However we are willing to consider a hybrid work schedule for those with special circumstances and with care to not let remote-work affect performance.
What Will You Do:

Utilize communication skills by answering IB calls and replying to emails, assisting to resolve issues or escalating to appropriate team, and leaving precise notations and clear next-steps
Help build great Partner, Client and Technician relationships by being friendly and helpful, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks
Cooperate with teammates on the Product Support Team as you grow and learn together! “Teamwork makes the dream work”

Shifts Available:

Early Morning: 5:00am – 2:30pm
Day: 9:00am – 5:30pm (most flexible schedule – between 7am-9am start)
Swing: 1:30pm – 10pm

Weekends: 8-5pm
