Job Description : About PTSPhlebotomy Training Specialists is the largest Phlebotomy Training provider in the United States currently operating 60 campuses in 38 states. PTS is rapidly expanding to 150 campuses over the next 3 years, and adding additional training in other 2 other medical modalities. PTS is looking for a talented and experienced Revenue Operations Leader with an established record of success in high-growth organizations, preferably in the education sector.Key Accountabilities: 80%: Focus on Sales and MarketingDelineating the company’s most suitable markets and market segmentsManage and coordinate all of the company’s activities that generate revenueDevelop sales funnels for all products/services, and continually work to improve on those channelsEstablish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecastingMonitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to successHire, develop and manage the call center Sales TeamManage KPI’s and implement policies to increase revenueCreate accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with the metrics20%: Weekly Reporting to Executive TeamAnalyze, measure and report revenue figures for executive team weeklyMaintain a running TTM and YOY report to evaluate revenue generation and company trendsWho You Are: You are a flexible and well-rounded leader with strategic, operational, people, and project management experience – someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and has strong customer relationship management capabilitiesYou lead by example and serve as a role model in the company to lean on data and customer insights to make decisions. You have a demonstrated track record of hiring strong diverse talent and moving them through the organizationYou should have some or all of these skill sets. 5+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Technology Operations leadership position.5+ years of experience operationalizing customer journeys (structured data, data flows, messaging architecture, deploying technology, and enabling marketing programs)5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Sales Operations as part of technology decision-making teams, deploying technology solutions, creating workflows or driving processes and system change3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics and advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, campaign performance analysis, and ROI reportingSuccessful track record of delivering revenue operations projects with measurable business impactCommon knowledge of current marketing and sales technologies – specifically: CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation, Conversion Optimization/Pipeline Acceleration, CDP, Live Chat/Chat Bots, Revenue Reporting/DashboardsExperience with Business Intelligence tools and Strong Excel skills are a must.Job Type: Full-timePay: $84,000.00 – $124,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
