Position : Supply Chain Manager – Layton, UT
Job Description : The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management of all Edge Eyewear product lines. In addition, coordinates a disciplined cadence with Sales and their forecast needs. Also, understands the Marketing team’s product launch schedules; supplier’s ability to deliver and customer ramp up times to ensure appropriate inventories. Develop a system schedule and weekly/monthly coordination to minimize backlogs and ensure on time delivery.In this role you will: Build and manage a systemic and accurate inventory process to include Sales, Marketing and supplier detail to ensure accurate and timely inventories at all times.Monitor, evaluate, and improve overall supplier performance through continuous improvement & lean principles.Perform purchasing function for accessories, production components, marketing materials, and custom order program including PO’s, cycle counts, understanding production requirements and inventory reports.Monitor supplier production schedules and advance production timelines on a regular basis and hold suppliers accountable for promised delivery dates.Read and interpret forecasting reports to process product orders.Control and maintain master data of all components within the system.About You: 5 years experience in inventory planning/buyingAbility to collaborate and communicate effectivelyPrevious program management experience helpfulFamiliar with Net Suite and Net Stock preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Layton, UT 84041: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Supply chain: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
