Position : Technical Support Specialist
Job Description : Our Technical Support Rep will be the first line of support for our B2B clients. You will answer questions and resolve technical issues by maintaining tickets, answering emails and calls, and providing training to our clients. You will provide technical assistance for both hardware and software related tasks/issues.Duties include:Monitor and manage inbound queue for first level technical support questions and tasksTriage and prioritize issues and technology problemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the companyEscalate issues to senior Tech support when appropriateActively monitor and provide frequent status updates on assigned ticketsCreate and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web siteAssist in shipping, and receiving assetsOther IT related tasks as assigned by IT Helpdesk Supervisor and IT Systems ArchitectRequirements and Necessary Skills: Familiar with iOS and Android devicesFamiliar with Google Suite toolsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and ability to work on own initiativeStrong communication skills both virtually and in person/over the phoneFriendly when working with othersJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Tech support for our B2B clients.
