Job Description : Starting Pay: $16-$18 Per Hour Dependent on Experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Enter key data of financial transactions in database
Oversee budgetary updates and daily accounting related to key departments
Assist with month-end close and monthly financial reporting package compilation
All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Strong attention to detail
High-level of proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work and contribute in a collaborative team environment
Strong work ethic and high sense of accountability/ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve
