Job Description : Major Responsibilities
Support for internal/external customers
Answering incoming calls to the plant and directing them to the correct individual
Ensure that all needed supplies are inventoried, ordered and stocked on a regular basis
Assist with calendaring and scheduling meetings/trainings as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency with grammar and composition to prepare, review and edit documents.
Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations as well as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Basic accounting principles required to calculate totals for market orders.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Decision-making and analytical skills.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) –Preferred
