Position : AVP Business Developement
Job Description : AVP Business Development is key responsible stakeholder in crafting strategies to achieve company’s goals, whose prime duty is to generate sales for self and team members. Apart from this his core duty covers making a strong, positive brand image, developing lasting relations with clients and supporting other business functions whenever required. He will be reporting to CEO / CMO.
KRA (Roles and Responsibility):
Market sensing and provide insights on business strategies
Creating strategies for business growth in alignment to company’s goals
Creating and managing sales targets of company for various service segments
Managing relations with current clients, channel partners and generating repeat business
Develop new business avenues, connects and relations
Driving marketing and lead generation teams, create & execute campaigns
Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure coordination with Pre-sales / BA team
Managing cross country sales / business teams [full-time / contractual employees]
Additional Roles:
Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
Guiding business / sales team
Helping HR team in building sales team
Being brand ambassador of company
Coordinate with other departments heads to achieve customer delight
Audit of sales / business development activities
Reports Expected
Managing MkIS + CRM of company
Sales Team performance report
Audit report of Sales / marketing
KPI – Key Performance Indicators:
Sales Target
Lead to Closure ratio %
Partners Development
Team Leading [Outcome of team]
