About the Role
The Assistant Vice President Trainer has a multi-faceted role that primarily focuses on team management and process improvement for the training projects. Other responsibilities include giving feedback and monitoring the effectiveness of the training conducted. The AVP will be working closely with the Vice President while looking into new training strategies.

The Job Roles & Responsibilities
The role will primarily be responsible for learning and capability development for the firmContent management and facilitating training – for new hires as well as existing professionalsSupporting the business in the consultancy, design, and managementConducting effective induction and orientation sessionsResponsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing people talent management and development frameworks as appropriateEvaluating and grading training assignments and conducts feedbackDeploying a wide variety of training methodsOverseeing the up-skilling and professional developmentMonitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness and successCategorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group levelDesigning and implementing appropriate e-learning strategiesLiaising with various teams/departments to create modules for trainingRecommending necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring training coursesPromoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole

Prerequisites
? Strong understanding of L&D/financial concepts and industry
? Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
? Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
? Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
? Commitment and ownership

Experience
7 to 10 years of relevant experience (financial services industry)

Qualification
Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Compensation
The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
