Job Description : POSITION PURPOSE*Educate Hospitality Sector on Brand Jaquar, Brand Artize and CLSEducate Hospitality Sector on CBS & CLS which provides them unique valueConvert market potential into sales through CBS & CLSCreate customers by convincing them on value they get from Jaquar, thus, develop marketBe the Jaquar Brand Ambassador in the Hospitality SectorExtend support to the branch sales team by giving them the leads from Hospitality SectorJOB PROFILE*To do extensive market coverage of Hospitality Chains, Promoters/ Builders, Architects, PMCs & ConsultantsTake personal ownership of Hospitality clientsAdd new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the companyEstablish all verticals of CBS & CLS with Hospitality UnitsIntroduce and promote new products brought by the companyEnsure BOQs & Mock ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the ordersExisting Hotel Chains to be catered & converted to CBS & CLS usersDo Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringingclients to Orientation Center & manufacturing unitDevelop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House keepers & ProjectTeam of each hotel unitMake plans for self, set goals & achieve these Chain-wise, Unit wise, Promoter wise &Architects, PMC, Consultant wiseDo minimum 180 productive meeting with external customers per month as per companynormsCo-ordinate with BSI to extend best Customer Care support to Hospitality clientsResponsible for generation of CBS & CLS revenue from Hospitality SectorFUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (HARDWARE)*Experience of doing market development and growthExperience of market creation rather than product sellingExperience in concept selling rather than product sellingExcellent in developing relations & providing serviceExperience of selling on brand strength, reach & service capabilitiesExperience on selling on price set by company rather than by giving discountsExperience in setting goals and doing reviews of self & improve uponExperience of working on systems & reporting on daily basisJob Type: Full-time
