Job Description : SummaryUtilize programming knowledge for Master Cam to perform 4 and 5 axis milling on vertical and horizontal Mori Seiki Mills with pallet pools. Must be able to 3D model in MasterCam and/or SolidWorks. A team leader who can direct machinists and can program and set-up from blueprint to a finished part. Responsible for specifying and determining the most efficient tools for all features being machined.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reads and interprets blueprints, Mylar drawings and process specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabrication and assembly of machined metal aircraft parts.Use shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments to complete work assignments. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry.Verify work performed is per work instruction and meets all drawing and process specificationsWorks independently, with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskRequired qualifications:Must have completed a four (4) year apprenticeship and have two (2) years experience as a journeyman CNC Programmer and CAD Programing, or a minimum of eight (8) or more years experience as a journeyman CNC and CAD Programmer in the Aircraft Industry.Evidence of experience that demonstrates that you possess the knowledge skills and ability to perform the duties of this position is required and should be supported by detailed description of you experience on your resume.This opening is a long-term part-time position. Pay is $60.00 to $100.00 per hour depending on your efficiency. You can set your own hours and mostly work from home.Camnetics Manufacturing is a well-established small business.
