Our team is very aligned and believe in our body’s God-given ability to heal.THE ROLE: We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships. The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the management of the affiliate channel, including data lead and warm transfer tactics. Additionally, this role has some reporting responsibilities, and works with the marketing team. You must be proficient with technology, have great communication skills, and work effectively in a highly motivated, team environment.Responsibilities: Develop and manage affiliate relationships to ensure alignment of goals.Handle day-to-day affiliate operations on our service provider – project launches, relationship management, contract negotiations, etc.Manage budget and track spending to maximize revenue goals and spend efficiency targets.Grow affiliate program through strategic recruitment of new creators/influencers and optimization of existing partnerships.Monitor activities on key partner profiles to ensure consistent brand exposure and presence of offers.Conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of promotions and affiliate performance; including identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement.Contribute experiences and help develop affiliate strategy and roadmap.* Be an example and manage, guide, and support team members.Manage the discovery of analytical abnormalities and devise strategies to improve performance.Work in a start-up environment that requires ad-hoc projects and a brand generalist to get the job done.Participate directly in building a team and brand culture that drives creativity, empowerment, and innovation.Requirements:BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields (preferred)Retail E-Commerce experience a plusUnderstanding of key marketing metrics (CVR, CTR, CPA, etc.)Strong work ethic with a drive to see projects to completionExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to net favorable termsAttention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational abilitiesStrong communications and collaboration skills, including a client-driven approach with a can-do attitudeAbility to iterate quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Affiliate Management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Remote
