Position : Executive – Education Projects, Community Investment
Job Description : Reporting to:Manager, Community Investment
Job Description:
Efficient implementation of education projects related to improving learning outcomes among school going children
Stakeholder management for efficient implementation of project activities especially with relevant government authorities for education projects
Monitoring and evaluation visits to the partners where project activities have been conducted
Document the project activities and outcomes on regular basis and submit the project status reports to the donor as per the committed timelines
Due diligence and capacity building of partners for implementation of project activities
Regular financial reporting, budgeting
Any other responsibility assigned
You are the right person if you are:
Self-starter and can lead project implementation independently
Organised and an excellent communicator- written as well as oral
Able to multi task
A people’s person with natural flair and passion towards improving quality of education among children from underprivileged communities
Proficient in communicating in English and Hindi (proficiency in Marathi will be an added preference)
Proficient with MS office
An excellent team player
Willing to travel extensively in the field
Qualification:
Post-Graduationin development studies (focus on Education will be preferred)
Desired work experience of one year preferably in development sector but not necessary
Remuneration:
Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is ₹ 3.6 L to Rs 4.2 L p.a.
