Job Description : Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Consultancy firm & Career Guide for Professionals like you. Our client is a leading vending Refrigeration Appliance manufacturer company located at Ahmedabad: Designation: Executive Stores & Dispatch Experience- 2+ Employee strength: 100+ Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Working days: 6 days Salary – upto 3.6 Lakh Gender: Male Job responsibilities: Identification of potential Transporters & vendors based on requirements. Develop transport network, review/evaluate/renew/cancel from time-to-time as per requirement. Negotiations with transporter Dispatch planning and preparation Timely dispatch related co-ordination with other departments (Sales-Accounts-Stores-Production) Plan and supervise loading activity and ensuring the document compliances.

Check freight, transport, Storage and delivery to local, national & global production sites. Maintain complete updated dispatch and outward store records/data and in accordance with the records of Accounts Department. Coordinate with suppliers and transporter to ensure on-time delivery. Update daily procurement of finished goods, daily inwards and physical register of stock (FG & WIP).

Co-ordinate with Sales team & coordinator for IOC and Sales invoice. Plan and manage inventory levels of FG & WIP in outward store on daily basis. All dispatch and purchase related data entry in ERP and documentation compliances. Requirements: Technical competencies Proven 2-3 Years of experience in a dispatch role in a manufacturing industry or relevant role A must: experience and/or knowledge in ERP or similar software Good computer literacy MS office and mail communications Must be diligent in reporting, recording and communication Transferable competencies: Interpersonal and negotiation skills preferred Must be able to multi task Must have collaborative approach Should be self-motivated Should be able to function well in a team Should be fairly good at conflict resolution Should be teachable and adaptable Accountable for: Timely dispatch Start –to-finish process of planning, preparing, executing and loading for each dispatch Documentary & regulatory compliances for each dispatch Transport related pricing, negotiations, terms and issues Co-ordination with relevant/involved team members from other departments for dispatch related data and tasks Capturing all the dispatch related details/data needed & related documentation All the dispatch related communications/confirmations with the respective customer and transporter.
