Job Description : Pleasant Creek RV Resort- Entry Level Guest Experience SpecialistSummaryPleasant Creek RV Resort is a privately owned RV park. The park is owned by Preserve Partners Inc. PRESERVE is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist. This position is the first point of contact for our guests, and it is vitally important that the person in this role is loves to work with people and create lasting impressions. They ensure the guests have a fantastic check in & out experience. Our guest experience specialists are customer experience experts. They work hard to maintain professionalism within the parks. Their responsibilities include checking in & checking out guests, making reservations, cashiering, maintaining inventory and camp store as well as other duties as assigned.Position PrerequisitesPreferred to have 1+ years’ experience with customer serviceIncredibly attentive to detail, process oriented and organizedResourceful, ambitious and a high sense of personal responsibilityKnowledge of Microsoft word & ExcelPosition ResponsibilitiesInterface with the Park Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.Ensure quality control & operational efficiency.Assist in the development of the RV parkCandidate ProfileGenuinely motivated to learn and contribute to a growing teamIntegrity and compliance with corporate valuesDemonstrated work ethicOrganizedAbout Our Benefits: Pleasant Creek offers discounted housing or RV Site rent for the Guest Experience Specialist.
