JR19801 INTERN
NAND Flash product disposition is critical in a product development cycle from Product qualification to high volume manufacturing (HVM) phase. The disposition strategy has continue evolving to keep up to the challenges of faster time to market, earlier mature probe yield/cost and better product performance/quality. The vast amount of the data collected during the wafer/product manufacturing process and testing has opened new possibility of insights and disruptive innovation through advanced analytics Machine Learning/Deep Learning to solve the technical problem encountered during the product development life cycle. The selected candidate will undergo mentored training to learn the NAND Flash product manufacturing process, testing paradigms and disposition/grading strategy. He/She will be tasked to explore and apply Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniques into the problem solving of classification, regression, and pattern recognition issues in the NAND product disposition. Candidate is expected to develop the predictive modeling over large dataset and innovate way to improve the prediction accuracy, as well as collaborate with cross-functional team to deploy the advanced analytics solutions.
