Job Description : To Follow/Adhere Management System Manual, All Management System Procedures And To Maintain Records For The Same.To Maintain Integrity Of Documents As Per MSP-12, GDP And SOP Of SOP MIP-020.To Prepare And Updating Procedures For Respective Departments As Per ProposedTo Prepare And Update Certificate Formats As Per Requirement Of Customers And/Or Departments.To Update Master Documents And Maintain Record Of Revisions For Each Change Done In Documents.To Issue And To Maintain Controlled Copies, Log Books And Controlled Letter Heads To Employees On Request.To Destruct The Documents As Per Applicable Procedure.To Maintain Record Of, Obsolete Documents, Audit Observations And Reports, Feedback Forms And Technical Agreements With Customers.To Update Customer Code List In Software As Per Details Received From Sales Department.To Maintain Document Archival As Per MSP-12.To Order New Log Books For Printing.To Retrieve All Documents As Per Demand From Auditor.To Fill Vendor Evaluation Forms As Per Requirement.To Circulate Information Regarding Internal Audit And MRM As Per ApplicableTo Register The Incidences, Complains And To Investigate Within Time Also Ensure The Effectiveness Of CAPA Provided By Departments.To Initiate Training For Any Employee In Software As Per MSP-03.To Maintain Training Record Of Each Employee.To Manage Change Controls As Per Applicable Procedure.To Perform Frequent Internal Audits (At Sites And Lab) Ensuring Decided System In Place, Frequent Review Of CCP And Submit The Audit Report & Ensure The CAPA For The Non Compliance From Individual Departments.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Fixed shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
