Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™About This RoleWe are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to attract candidates from sourcing to interview, and everything in between! A successful recruiting coordinator will collaborate with market managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. They will attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the recruiting coordinator is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best sales talent, while growing a strong talent pipeline. As long as you are a strong communicator, we can teach the rest!Overall ResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct pre-screening phone calls, texts, and emails to qualify candidates for an interview opportunity.Schedule and conduct informational sessions to assess candidate qualifications, interests and compatibility.Consistently manage and track accurate recruiting activity within ATS and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of candidate lead records, effectiveness of recruitment processes and return on sourcing or lead generation methods used.Communicate consistently with Market Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Recruiters, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.QualificationsPositive attitude: People on both sides of a job-seeking relationship may encounter challenges and frustrations as they search for employment. A successful recruiter will be encouraging, positive and realistic about potential matches.Good research techniques: A recruiter spends a significant portion of their time finding resumes from professional job search sites, networking and personal interaction. They accumulate a pool of candidates and keep that information organized.Good interviewing skills: Whether the Recruiter speaks with a candidate or hiring manager in person, on the phone or electronically, it is important to know how to efficiently ask questions that help them understand the applicant’s skills or the company’s job requirements.Advocacy: The Recruiter will represent the applicant until it is time for an interview.
