Position : Student Services Coordinator
Job Description : Position Summary: This position reports to the Associate Director of Student Services and Academics. The position provides first-level enrollment services for the Admissions Department, assists with campus operations and events, and may provide marketing support. The position also provides telephone support for the campus and makes appropriate referrals to other departments.Duties and Responsibilities: · Serve as primary contact for school administration, make referrals to the appropriate person/department when necessary· Support new and returning students through onboarding process and completion of required task· Maintain student files and records, utilize scanning technology to update electronic files· Ensure all required documents have been submitted for new students· Monitor/Track completion of required documents· Assist students with completing necessary forms, validate for accuracy, and process as required· Send letters of acceptance and certificates to all future students· Provide newly enrolled students with welcome phone call within one week of enrollment· Consistently follow-up with prospective students up until their start date· Document all communications with students in the CRM and student management system· Process student cancels, transfers, and assist with the readmission of students· Mail appropriate letters out to students (ex: cancel letters, orientation letters, etc.)· Confirm orientation for each student prior to new starts· Assist with campus events· Perform other related duties as assigned· Assist the Director of Bootcamp operations and Marketing on an as needed basisJob Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Associate (Preferred)Work Location: One location
