We are growing rapidly and looking Full-time and Part-time Bookkeepers! $1,000.00 Signing Bonus!!* The ideal candidate has, or is currently pursuing, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, is proficient in Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office suite, possesses the ability to communicate effectively in writing and vocally, and possesses customer service / client interaction experience. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of multiple sets of Quickbooks companies.
Specific tasks will include:
Monthly reconciliation of bank, credit card, cash, and other balance sheet accounts.
Data entry of expense and capital transactions using electronic feeds, download and import, or direct from hard copy source documentation.
Monthly transaction analysis to ensure proper coding.
Correctly enter startup transactions.
Assist with payroll data entry.
Prepare and communicate monthly financial reports to clients.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
1-2 years Bookkeeping experience
Interpersonal acumen including ability to build and maintain multiple, positive customer service relationships.
Computer/internet literate with strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and complete work accurately and on time.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
Pay: · Full-time salary wage $38,000-$45,000 depending on experience.· Part-time hourly wage $18.00/hr. · Flexible hours and some remote work will be accommodated. *The signing bonus will be paid out in $200.00 increments for every 3 months of completed full-time employment with BaseCamp Franchising, LLC.
