Job Description : The Work from Home Callcenter Representative is responsible for coordinating catering operations in a manner that is consistent with company policy and procedures, resulting in outstanding guest service and client loyalty.Work From Home Callcenter Representative Responsibilities: Contribute to all functions and operations of their respective Guest Services TeamLogin to assigned phone queue as assigned by management.Cold CallOversee the B2B board to ensure orders are being actioned in a timely mannerMonitor VIP list to ensure high touch accounts are given extra attentionEnsure all B2B orders are processed accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure B2B orders are quality checked as needed dependent on GSA level and coaching instancesEnsure proper note padding of all pertinent information regarding an orderUsing company software to determine approved preferred supplier for assigned orderResearching pricing of custom items utilizing company approved websitesWork From Home Callcenter Representative Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent requiredCustomer Service ExperienceMust be capable of professional communication, both verbally and written.Proficient in Basic Computer Navigation, MS Outlook/Word/ExcelSchedule flexibility is a must, including evening, weekend or holiday hours as necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Cleveland, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
