Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Industries
Managing inward and outward in stores.
Coordinating with internal teams.
Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer).
Preparing GRN on regular basis and ensuring proper material Inward after QC.
Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
Managing / selling waste with the help of maintenance head.
Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations.
Maintaining housekeeping of store Area.
Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis.
Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.
Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records, Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
Transfer between stores/sites.
Managing multiple warehouse of both Unit 1 & Unit 2 as and when required.
Must be able to handle engineering, RM, FG & general store.
Flexible approach toward work allocation.
