Job Description : Natural Retreats is hiring an Owner Services Concierge to join our Park City, UT team! The Owner Services Concierge will be assisting in onboarding and maintaining privately owned properties for short-term rental management purposes. The Owner Services Concierge will assist the Owner Relations Coordinator in all of the day-to-day functions in helping our owners feel like guests when they come to their Park City home.
Compensation: $20- $22 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with onboarding new owners for property management services
Be a team leader in market knowledge and trends in both the travel industry & real estate community
Perform property inspections prior to the owners’ arrivals ensuring that is as the owner expects, identify missing or removed items so that owner can be informed prior to their arrival
Assist with any owner needs and requests
Assist with the photography when changes and updates to homes have occurred
Assist with the interaction with owners on general concerns of contracted services
Act as main point of contact for client relations matters regarding NR Partners & Owners
Assist with informing department heads of individual responsibilities towards each property
Assist department heads with departmental communications with the owners
Assist with the completion and inspection of “owner list” items
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Strong experience of offering exceptional service
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality or sales
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Valid Driver License with good driving record
Team player who is flexible and open to feedback and continued growth
Possess the personal skills necessary to represent Natural Retreats in a professional manner when interfacing with guests, owners, and industry peers.
Strong relationship building and networking skills
Excellent typing, computer and writing skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. The core business hours for this position are 8:00am – 4:30pm MST Thursday through Monday, ideally. Occasionally, project work or other responsibilities may require the Team Member to work outside of this schedule; therefore, the Team Member will be expected to be flexible. Exact daily schedules may vary and will be subject to change.
