Position : Paid Search Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)
Job Description : Fox Pest Control is seeking a full-time fully remote Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our team. The manager will work closely with our Digital Marketing team to drive lead generation using Google Ads and other paid media channels.
**Must currently reside in Utah, Idaho, Mississippi, New York, New Jersey, Texas or Connecticut **

Day in the Life Of a Paid Search Marketing Manager
Take complete ownership of all Google Ads / Paid Search lead generation campaigns
Manage recurring account optimizations (keyword analysis, budget/bid adjustments, etc.)
Generate reports on KPI’s weekly, monthly, and as needed
Troubleshoot accounts to fix errors and performance issues across Google Ads
Test ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and more to increase account performance
What We Are Looking For
3 Years Minimum Google Ads Experience
Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Enthusiasm about marketing and the internal drive to continuously learn in order to keep up with the latest trends
Ability to measure the effectiveness of strategy and make decisions based on data
Exceptional critical thinking and strategic thinking skills
Extremely organized and great at managing deadlines
Proactive, Self Starter
Great written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery), Google Analytics, and report generation
