Position : Payroll Administrator
Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities:
Verifying the calculated documents, time sheets and approving them further.
Monitoring the team processing payroll for Professionals.
Vigilant on daily tasks to meet the set deadlines.
Constant liaison with the client for an effective communication and updates.
Holiday pay, Expenses calculations & Payments Sending various after payroll reports to the client.
Dealing with various queries from employees and officials.
Updating HMRC tax code notices, student loan notices, court orders, indemnity insurance. Etc.
Liaising with the Govt. officials through HMRC notices.
Keeping check on the HMRC’s latest updates and informing the same to the team.
Preparing revenue report i.e. PAYE- NI Returns and monthly payments to HMRC.
Preparing weekly/monthly management information report
Required Skills:
Minimum educational criteria is Bachelor Degree / Diploma holders or equivalent experience.
Excellent fluency in English communication is must.
Experience with accounting softwares like Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Iris, Taxcalc, Tally, etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Microsoft Excel is a must.
Prior accounting experience preferred.
