Greet and assist customers and other employees to ensure business functionality2. Customer service3. Procurement of materials and supplies4. Data entry5. Schedule Management6. Showroom managementEducation, Background, and Skills Required: 1. 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing role2. 1+ year working with Microsoft Office and customer service3. Works well with others and under pressure4. Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, staying focused even with frequent interruptions5. Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in work6. Ability to identify opportunities and responsibilities with minimal instruction7. Ability to work full-time, year round8. Ability to adapt to changes quickly9. Strong verbal, written and customer communication skillsJob Responsibilities and Outcomes: 1. Track product to be ordered just in time for each project2. Build, maintain, install and product ordering schedules, proving frequent updates3. Ensure timely billings to customers4.
