Job Description : Magleby Construction is a high-end, luxury custom home builder located in Utah County.We are looking for an experienced full-time Recruiter / Employee Experience Coordinator to support and enhance our growing team.This position will focus mainly on recruiting and onboarding talent. This person will also support the Employee Experience by improving and enhancing current practices, developing new methods and championing the overall processes.This position is assigned to work in our Lindon office.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recruiting top-talent to fill immediate needs and create pipelineAdvertise and screen candidatesCreate and coordinate offer lettersOwn the New Hire process, including, drug screening and background check, onboarding tasks and schedulingCreate and maintain Magleby presence at local collegesManage Magleby Careers pageSchedule, plan and coordinate company partiesDevelop exciting employee discount programCoordinate employee recognition, Employees of the Month, name plates and plaquesMaintain anniversary lists and order giftsSchedule, create and maintain internal company communicationsCoordinate, schedule and support monthly team trainingsDesign, coordinate and execute employee service projectsDesign, coordinate and partner with group leaders on budget for employee enrichment activitiesMaintain employee uniform inventory and ‘Magle-swag’ for new hires and eventsEmployee engagement survey design, evaluation and develop best practices from resultsQualificationsSuccessful individuals possess the following attributes:2-4 years experience recruiting and head huntingExperience with ADP applicant tracking software a plusSkilled in pre-screening and interviewing candidatesDemonstrates sound judgmentHighly organizedExcellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial spirited; the ability to create and finish strongDecisive, intentional and self-motivatedPositive, energetic and team orientedProficient in Microsoft Suite, with a focus in Outlook and TeamsEvent planning and coordination experienceBenefits & PerksAt Magleby, we know how important it is for you to earn a living as well as to protect you and your family’s health and welfare.
