We are looking to Hire Sale Coordinators with 2- 5 yrs of experience into Similar Background.
Brief details of JD as Follows:
To prepare quotations to direct customers and agents to sell the company
To update all quotations and services in the company’s software for accurate invoicing
Negotiate with our agents and shipping lines for local charges and ocean freight/air freight costs
To maintain statistics of offers and performance of customers and careers/suppliers.
To communicate with our agents and/or other departments so that all people involved know all agreements with customers and suppliers
To deal with our agent network for costs, pricing, local requirements and to obtain customer or market feedback.
To directly get in touch with customers to discuss offers, projects and business development possibilities.
Be open and willing to attend customer visits either with or without the sales person to maintain the customer relationship
Ensure post shipment documents are sent to customers as per agreed timeline and keep a record of the same
Actively get involved in day to day rate negotiation with all the vendors like Airline, Shipping Line ,Transporter & all other service providers.
Prepare MOM for various meetings for sales & BD.
Support to BM & Sales Team for payment follow up with customer & assist for better credit management
To assist & support BM for various analysis , reports , MIS etc
