Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities
Experience 4 to 8 years into System/IT Admin
License management for Office 365.
Management of Office365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange.
Management of Azure Active Directory.
Advance-Level in Collaboration technologies such as SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365 SharePoint Online.
High-Level of understanding of Microsoft Productivity Software Collaboration Suite (Yammer, OneDrive, MS Teams, and so on)
Strong experience in administering users and groups, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD Connect, Azure Active Directory, backup and recovery, and Office 365 applications.
Experience working with Azure AD for Office 365 Identity – Active Directory
Installation and Roll out services of new desktops, and laptops.
Hardware fault diagnosis, and isolation of desktops / laptops. First level of support on desktop / laptops under warranty / AMC with third party vendor & vendor coordination for L2/L3 & Spares support.
Installation and OS Support – Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation.
Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, other Business Critical Applications.
Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops, laptops, and network printers.
Installation, configuration of peripherals e.g. printers, scanners etc.
Troubleshooting, and resolution of first level printer problems (e.g. paper jam, alignment, configuration setting, driver related problem etc.), vendor coordination for L2/L3 for Spares support.
Configuring and troubleshooting WIFI Routers and Load Balancing Router.
Co-coordinating with Internet Service Provider for any Internet Issues.
Performs facilities management and general office duties like ordering supplies and maintains the records of management system.
Responsible for Incident Management i.e. troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on email and mobility infrastructure and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer.
Available 24/7 to perform on call/stand-by duty and to perform scheduled changes.
Handled work assignment through the ticketing system or form lead administrators
